What do you need?
A delicious coffee dessert
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g speculaas
- 75 ml espresso (we use 2 Ristretto Decaffeinato capsules from L'OR ESPRESSO)
- 15 g almond shavings
- 2 cocoa
Espresso and tonic: a surprising, delicious combination. The bitterness of both drinks results in a refreshing drink with a boost. Mix espresso with tonic and you get the perfect summer drink. Brighten up the day, enjoy during Sunday Brunch or serve as a non-alcoholic coffee cocktail at a party. Tonic may be espresso's new best friend. Try it yourself!

Make an espresso and let it cool. You can choose which espresso you want, if you need a caffeine kick we recommend using a double espresso. For a more balanced Espresso Tonic, use one espresso, such as our Forza .
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour over the espresso. Your Espresso Tonic is almost ready.
Add 150 ml Tonic Water. Stir gently.
Decorate the Espresso Tonic with a lemon peel.
